Services and conditions
Rental rates include free Wi-fi, electricity, a weekly cleaning and change of linen and towels.
The weekly cleaning during your stay DOES NOT INCLUDE cleaning of kitchen utensils and tidying of personal belongings / clothes. Otherwise we will not be able to ensure that the cleaning is carried out in conditions.
We appreciate a responsible consumption with the use of heating and air conditioning.
Beach towels are not available
Check in between 15.00 and 19.00 hours. Check out before 10.00h
To confirm your reservation you must pay 30% of the rental amount as a deposit.
The remaining 70% of the rent must be paid 15 days before the stay.
Payments by bank transfer or Paypal are accepted.
Casa Antigua is our family home. A €300 security deposit is required for rental. This deposit will be returned one week after your stay after checking the condition of the property. Dogs and small children are not allowed in this property. Dogs and small children are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 1 month of booking – Full deposit refunded
Cancellations within one month prior to booking – No deposit refunded
Bank commissions will be deducted from the deposit return
In any case, if we are able to rent the villa, we will refund the deposit, regardless of the time of cancellation.
